Mr. Jeevaprakash has represented multinational corporations, Fortune 50 companies, nationally recognized institutions, emerging businesses, and individuals in matters involving substantial financial and reputational exposure. His experience includes securing a $50 million recovery for the U.S. subsidiary of a Japanese multinational manufacturer in a federal breach-of-contract dispute, obtaining summary judgment for a national retailer in multimillion-dollar litigation, and securing the dismissal of a national equipment rental company from complex federal fraud and racketeering litigation arising from the billion-dollar DC Solar Ponzi scheme. He has also represented clients in high-profile business disputes, intellectual property litigation, employment matters, and complex arbitrations.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Jeevaprakash advises businesses and entrepreneurs on commercial transactions, contract negotiations, acquisitions and sales, employment matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate formation. Having served as in-house legal counsel to a publicly traded national technology company, he understands the commercial realities facing business owners and executives. Before co-founding Serrano & Jeevaprakash LLP, Mr. Jeevaprakash practiced at a prominent Los Angeles litigation boutique and a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm, where he represented clients in complex commercial and employment litigation and advised sophisticated corporate clients. Earlier in his career, he served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye of the Supreme Court of California. During law school, he served as lead trial attorney in two criminal jury trials, securing guilty verdicts in both, and successfully argued an appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
